Weird but good. I'm glad you liked them- it's always awesome to discover a new and delicious food.<br />Enoki though, I'm not so sold on. They are kind of stringy and strange. I think I am still a little bit of a kid when it comes to mushrooms- all like "ewww, that looks gross mum!"<br />haha.<br />Ps, that salad is SO NOT a salad.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
